Financial services firm Whitecrust Investment has appointed Ademola Ajibade as Chief Financial Officer, as part of efforts to strengthen its leadership structure and support expansion in digital and retail finance.

Ajibade, a finance professional with over 20 years of experience in banking, will oversee treasury management, budgeting, and financial reporting across the organisation.

Managing Director Kingsley Eremionkhale said the appointment aligns with the company’s growth ambitions.

“His track record in driving financial performance aligns perfectly with our ambitions to innovate and expand within Nigeria’s evolving financial landscape,” he said.

The company also announced the promotion of Ruth Olabode to Business Development Manager. She will lead Public Sector Lending and the newly established Retail Investment Management Unit.

According to Human Resources Manager Omotola Ajayi, the leadership changes reflect a strategic focus on talent optimisation and business growth.

Whitecrust is positioning itself to expand through innovation in mobile and core banking solutions while strengthening governance and operational efficiency.
