The Business Ideation School Africa, in partnership with the Christ the Redeemer Ministry of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, has successfully concluded the 2025 Leadership Training Programme, a five-day initiative aimed at equipping students and youth with leadership and employable skills. The disclosure was made in a statement by TBIS Africa on Monday.

The programme, held from 5 to 9 November 2025, was fully sponsored by RCCG’s CRM and combined professional development with lessons of faith. It featured plenary sessions, prayer meetings, drama presentations, praise and worship, morning devotionals, a special session on governance, and practical training across multiple professional tracks. The initiative attracted over 3,500 students and National Youth Service Corps members from Nigeria and the Benin Republic.

The certification programme covered tracks such as Corporate Strategy, Financial Intelligence, Media Management, Business Ideation, Advertising Management, Business Networking, Marketing, and Brand Management. Participants paid only a nominal commitment fee, ensuring accessibility for all.

Speaking on the collaboration, Founder and Principal of TBIS Africa, Emmanuel Ikediashi, said the programme reflects the school’s mission to make quality business education accessible, affordable, and relevant to young Africans.

“Learning and leadership form the foundation of true growth. When paired with practical, skill-based education, they equip young people for life beyond the classroom. By engaging industry professionals to facilitate the training, the initiative not only strengthened the learning experience but also inspired participants to apply their knowledge meaningfully in building sustainable careers and enterprises,” he added.

The programme featured intensive certification sessions facilitated by industry professionals and thought leaders across sectors. Principal Consultant at Hattie Royale Media, Oludolapo Agbejobi, who led the Media Management course, commended the initiative, noting that “equipping young professionals with communication and media literacy skills is key to building a more informed, ethical, and creative generation of leaders.”

Participants described the programme as transformative and practical. Abraham Miracle said, “I truly enjoyed every session and learnt a lot that I am already applying in my journey as a realtor.” Similarly, Ajala Boluwatife expressed that the programme was impactful, noting that he is now more enlightened about the mindset of a businessperson and how to effectively grow from small to big. Echoing this sentiment, Esther Akinwande and Ayoba Mayowa described the sessions as insightful, emphasising how the programme deepened their understanding of effective communication, media, and brand management.

The 2025 Leadership Training Programme featured sessions by a diverse line-up of facilitators, including Oludolapo Agbejobi, Nwachukwu Macdickson, Yinlayefa Thompson, Rina Arhuere, Olajumoke Oyedele, Uche Onwuka, and Oluwatosin Olonite, reflecting the programme’s commitment to bridging faith, leadership, and professional excellence.

The Business Ideation School Africa is a professional development institution dedicated to nurturing entrepreneurs, leaders, and changemakers through practical learning, mentorship, and collaboration. In partnership with organisations, ministries, and educational institutions, TBIS Africa designs and delivers programmes that build capacity, foster innovation, and equip young Africans with the skills and knowledge to make a meaningful impact.
