The Alternative Bank will be collaborating with the Oyo State Signage and Advertisement Agency to boost infrastructural and environmental development in the state.

This was the fallout of a recent meeting between a delegation from The Alternative Bank and the Director-General of the Oyo State Signage and Advertisement Agency, Mr Oludolapo Eso-Ajanaku. The delegation was led by Mr Mustapha Ajisafe, the Team Lead for Ibadan, who represented the bank’s Director of Digital Business and Innovation, Mr Mohammed Yunusa.

According to a release from the bank on Monday, also in the bank’s delegation were the Relationship Manager, Ms Ufuoma Emiemie.

Ajisafe emphasised the bank’s dedication to enhancing infrastructure, especially through creating and maintaining branded public spaces, starting with Ibadan.

“We are excited to work closely with OYSAA as we strengthen our presence in Oyo State,” he said. “Our efforts go beyond banking to support safety, structure, and community development.”

He highlighted the bank’s focus on wealth creation through innovative solutions for education, e-commerce, MSMEs, and various financing products, including vehicle, housing, and equipment loans.

In response, Eso-Ajanaku expressed gratitude for the bank’s support and commitment, noting that the partnership aligns with Governor Engineer Seyi Makinde’s vision for Oyo’s infrastructural growth.

He assured that OYSAA is ready to work with The Alternative Bank to develop sustainable, attractive public spaces, aiming for a cleaner, safer, and more vibrant state.

During the engagement, The Alternative Bank presented safety equipment and branded materials to OYSAA, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable development and safety promotion across the state.

The Alternative Bank, which operates in the non-interest banking sector, is a subsidiary of Sterling Financial Holdings Company, the parent company of Sterling Bank.
